## Description

This programme will target and support marginalised and vulnerable young adults who may have an EHCP and/or are care experienced into entry level roles within the construction industry\. The programme will be funded by the GLA Adult Education Budget\.\\r The partner/s will be required to support the delivery of the following on NCG's standard terms and conditions:\\r \\r - Provide outreach activity and community engagement to attract the hardest to reach young adults in the Lewisham Borough, particularly the southern wards\.\\r - Provide industry guided work readiness preparation as well as career guidance\\r - Provide employer engagement with job interviews, coaching, employer panels and feedback\\r - Provide a mentorship package, livelihood readiness skills and networks\\r - Support youth social action and community asset building for all participants\\r - Provide up to 12 months of in-work support for learners placed in employment
