BST Programme Overview

During the pre-delivery phase, the programme has been capturing and redesigning the core business processes, building a new data model and business rules framework, with more flexible data structures. The programme is now in the delivery phase and is implementing a core set of technologies to enable this, with case management at the centre, all in accordance with the Government Data and Digital strategies.
