Cognitive Stimulation Therapy

Dorset HealthCare are pleased to announce a new tendering opportunity to bid to deliver a Cognitive Stimulation Therapy service and Dementia Coordinator service to enable people in Dorset to live well with dementia. This services aim to help people living with dementia to live well in their community and ensure they have the right support and care to meet their needs. This includes making sure people with a dementia diagnosis are aware of and signposted to the various community services provided by organisations and groups which help people feel less isolated and supported.
