PMP 2016: Grange Farm- Roofing

Pitched Roofs: Replacement of the existing concrete tiles with Britmet 'Villatile' 0.9mm lightweight metal roof tile in titanium grey to match phase I. Replacement of the rooflights with Velux Integra Solar - centre pivot with photovoltaic solar cell, built-in rain sensor and radio frequency control pad to match those installed in phase I. Supply and fit a new powder coated aluminium double glazed roof, style and colour to match existing. Fascias and soffits to be repaired and redecorated and new powder coated aluminium gutters and downpipes to be install. Existing lightning protection to be removed as necessary to accommodate the works then refixed and retested following completion of the roofing works Flat Roofs: Strip and recover with high performance felt incorporating insulation to meet current building regulations. New refurbishment outlets to be installed to all internal rainwater downpipes.
