## Description

Devon County Council have a requirement to appoint a Notified Body \(NoBo\) and a Designated Body \(DeBo\) in accordance with the Railway Interoperability Regulations 2011\. As the project is Significant under the Common Safety Method Regulations, an Assessment Body \(AsBo\) must also be appointed\.
