IHP Cabin Relocation - Civil Works Only

Description

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust have leaded a procurement on develop proposals construct a civil works-only package to include the foundations as a base for 60 nos. (with 20 nos. on each floor) cabins which will be relocated from the Beach Building IHP site where it's currently being used as the project site office. Other deliverables include hard and soft landscaping, and provision of external stairs. The proposed site layout synergizes existing utilities services layout, geo-technical survey results, access and provides consideration for adjourning facilities, continuation and/or extension of services for future development, and the external layout of the cabins has been developed and attached with the tender pack. The works are to be undertaken in accordance with British Standards and Building Regulations as applicable.
