The Provision of Counter Fraud Services

Description

Appointment of a single supplier to provide Counter Fraud Services to NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (ICB), including the fulfilment of all relevant statutory, regulatory and NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) requirements. The service will support the prevention, detection, investigation and deterrence of fraud, bribery and corruption, and will be delivered in accordance with Service Condition 24 of the NHS Standard Contract, Government Functional Standard GovS 013, NHSCFA requirements and other applicable legislation and guidance. The supplier will be required to utilise the NHSCFA case management system to record and manage counter fraud activity, investigations, proactive exercises and identified control weaknesses.
