PMP 2016: Churwell- Roofing

Description

Pitched Roofing Works Replacement of existing concrete tiles with Britmet 'Slate 2000' 0.9mm lightweight metal roof tile, colour Titanium Grey, to match works carried out previously in Phase 1. Renew existing Velux roof windows. Overclad existing fascias with powdercoated aluminium fascia panels, and replace existing rainwater goods with powder coated aluminium seamless gutters & fallpipes. Existing lightening protection to be removed as necessary to accommodate the roofing works, then refixed and re-tested follow the completion of the roofing works. Replace pitched roof glazing fitted with new gaskets / seals fitted into existing powder coated aluminium framing. Flat Roof Works Strip existing flat roof covering and renew with high performance insulated felt roof covering, including renewing 3 no. internal rainwater outlets fitted to existing rainwater pipes (pipe boxing will need to be modified accordingly).
