A Retained Consultancy for Economic, Regenration and Housing Advice

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to provide ongoing specialist advice in relation to economic viability in relation to its Planning, Housing and Economic Development functions within its Regeneration and Housing Department. Primarily the advice will be in relation to the planning applications and the ability of securing planning obligations. However, other viability advice in relation to other planning, housing and economic development issues may be sought.
