## Description

The London Waste and Recycling Board \(LWARB\) on behalf of the Resource London programme is seeking the services of a consultancy to provide support to the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Lambeth, specifically developing an options appraisal of the different models of service delivery available to them for jointly commissioning services\.
