St Paul's Sports Ground Management contract, Southwark Council

PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF SPECIFICATION – CONTRACT LENGTH CHANGED FROM 2 TO 3 YEARS

St Paul’s Sports Ground is a brand new facility, completed to a high specification, comprising a full size 3G artificial turf pitch, a single storey pavilion with changing facilities and clubroom, covered seating area for 100 spectators, covered standing area for 150 spectators, turnstiles, and parking for 19 cars.

Southwark Council are the freeholders of the site and believe that best option for managing the facility is to advertise for a partner, either from the voluntary or commercial sectors. Fisher Football Club will use the facility as their home ground.

The Council is looking for an appropriately qualified operator to manage the facility for a period of 3 years starting on 31 August 2016.
