Water Hygiene Remedial Works including provision of the following services: a)Cleaning and disinfection of storage cisterns and down services. b)Re-configuration of pipe work within cold water storage cisterns. c)Removal of redundant pipe work. d)Installation of thermostatic mixing valves. e)Insulation cold water storage cisterns and associated pipe work. f)Replacement /upgrading of cold water storage cisterns. g)Full contract administration via the Client's Housing Management System, Orchard h)Arranging appointments for access with residents and staff i)Effective programme and contract management, including managing access arrangements.
