## Description

The University of Manchester wishes to appoint a number of contractors to undertake various types of construction works at the University to include but not limited to; demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping/external works\. Works on the Construction Works Framework will let under four lots of ranging values from £1 up to £20,000,000\. In order to appoint a suitable supplier for this purchase we are undertaking a competitive tender under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015 No\. 102\) using the Restricted Procedure\. This is a two stage process\.
