## Description

- Providing day to day project management, leading project team to deliver against the plan\. - Maintaining oversight of the plan, using this to drive delivery and co-ordinating input from other teams who have a role in delivery of this project \(but have roles outside it, e\.g\., maybe only 5% or less of their time is on this\.\) - Management of RAID, managing risks, issues, dependencies and monitoring changing assumptions - Engagement with other teams, e\.g\., policy, other projects, to ensure dependencies are managed and the approach is joined up\. - Coordination of reporting requirements, such as weekly reporting to the Senior Responsible Officer \(SRO\) - Work with teams to co-ordinate engagement and communications \(there will be specialist comms and engagement resources that will develop and undertake the communications and engagement activities\) - Supporting the implementation and consistency of project management standards and procedures Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities\.
