Rugby Borough Council wish to have installed a Skating Rink in Caldecott Park, Rugby\. Period of hire: 3 weeks between December and January \(not including Christmas Day or New Years Day\) Opening hours to include afternoon and evening up to 8pm maximum - appropriate lighting should be included as part of the rink structure\.
