2-260 Commercial Management, Project Management and Assurance services for Smart Motorways Programme - M62 J10-12

Highways England is setting up a direct award contract for the continued provision of commercial management, commercial assurance, programme management and project management services for continued delivery of the M62 J10-12 Smart Motorway Project (SMP). This is an extension and replacement of the current services being delivered by the Consultant (Turner and Townsend) via SPATS contract 2-119. Highways England requires suitably experienced and flexible resources to successfully manage this scheme throughout the commissioning, handover and close out phases of the project.
