## Description

Under the Light Touch Regime, the Council has designed its own procedure\. The contract opportunity is divided into five lots which reflect the Services to be delivered under the Platform\. The Lots are 1\. Home care; 2\. Live-In Care, 3\. Continuing Health Care \(CHC\) and Complex Care for Adults and Continuing Care \(CC\) and Complex Care for Children; 4\. Bridging Services; and 5\. Extra Care\. This notice advises of the successful providers that have been added to the platform to date\. Further notices will be published as new providers join the platform\. There is no limit to the number of providers who can be awarded onto to the Platform insofar as the requirements of the Authority are met\. To provide the ability to commission in the future, the Council may choose to add additional Lots onto the Platform during its lifetime\. These lots may include Reablement, Intensive Bridging or similar described services\. New and existing Platform providers can apply for any additional lots under the Platform Agreement\. The Authority reserves the right to modify the platform during its operation\. The Authority also reserves the right to terminate the operation of the platform at any time\. Please refer to the Tender documents for further information\.
