## Description

Avon Fire Authority are planning to move Avon Fire & Rescue Services' current headquarters to a new location and we have seen this as an opportunity to reduce the storage of historical paper records as much as is possible\. Avon Fire Authority are looking to award a one-off contract to fulfil the requirement of converting paper records to catalogued electronic images in accordance with the specification provided\.
