## Description

Norfolk County Council is the lead partner for the Interreg 2 Seas ENDURE project\. ENDURE stands for ENsuring DUne Resilience against Climate Change and aims to improve adaptation capacity to climate change by focusing on 2 Seas coastal sand dunes\. The council wishes to procure the services of a contractor to deliver a mapping tool which will visualise and demonstrate dune resilience across the 2 Seas territorial area\. The mapping will be based upon existing databases such as MorphAn and will assist with dune management decision making\.
