RDE599 Marine Net Gain Pilots Development Project

Description

Aim: Develop recommendations for pilot projects in English waters that demonstrate potential implementation pathways to deliver gains for Marine Net Gain (MNG). Output: Report detailing a plan for what is in scope for MNG pilots projects and recommendations on how they could be delivered. Objectives & Deliverables: Objective 1: Review and refine the elements to be in scope and tested through pilot projects to deliver gains. Deliverable 1: Report detailing a consolidated list of elements which are in scope for MNG pilot testing. Objective 2: Develop pilot project pathways for a suite of pilots that meet the elements from objective 1." Deliverable 2: Report detailing a plan for undertaking a suite of pilots, and the pathways for delivering gains for each pilot across a range of themes. The plan should include feasibility and potential challenges from gain delivery interventions.
