Bath Quays North CCS Estates Professional Services Framework Ref RM928

Bath and North East Council has a requirement for the provision of professional services.

Bath Quays North is a key development site within the Bath Enterprise Area. The Bath City Enterprise Area Masterplan has identified Bath Quays North as the correct site on which to develop an office led mixed use development. A masterplan has been developed for the site, which has been approved by SMT and the Council. The Council are seeking to appoint a development advisor to provide development consultancy advice and lead the OJEU competitive dialogue process for the selection of a JV partner. The Crown Commercial Services Estates Professional Services Framework has been selected as an appropriate existing framework from which to undertake a further competition to appoint a development advisor. There are ten suppliers on the framework and all suppliers are to be invited to tender.
