Work description
The scope of the contract includes the single-view management of the NHSBSA's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter etc.) for customer engagement and marketing. The software will actively monitor relevant online conversations and provide insight from reporting and analytics. The contract is used by the Communications and Marketing Team, Contact Centre Services Team, and Pensions. The costs are split between the 3 areas depending on users required.
