## Description

This service is to provide DWP with both physical books and eBooks on a subscription or ad-hoc basis, as required by the Authority\. Additionally, negotiation and arrangement of necessary licenses with publishers to ensure seamless access to commercial eBook platforms on behalf of the Authority\.
