Retrofit and Renewable Dynamic Purchasing System Market Engagement

Essex County Council (ECC) is intending to set up a brand new dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to support ECC, schools and anchor partners with procuring retro-fit works for non-domestic buildings. Following engagement held in 2023 with the suppliers and potential users of the DPS, the scope has been refined to two lots. These are proposed to be: LOT 1 - LED Installation LOT 2 - Solar PV Installation The DPS is proposed to have a value under Procurement threshold for Works contracts. The council intends to utilise PPN 11/20 to reserve the opportunity for Essex based suppliers. ECC would like to update its market information from the previous round of market engagement.
