Wirral Partnership Homes Ltd (trading as Magenta Living) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to carry out car park resurfacing works to a number of our properties in Wirral, Merseyside.

Site Visits

Prior to submitting their tender, potential Providers are strongly advised to visit the sites to verify the scope of works, and satisfy themselves as to the means of access, nature and condition of the sites, parking restrictions and generally any conditions that might influence their tender. All of the sites are accessible from the adjoining carriageway.
