Contact Centre Solution

Description

Contract for the implementation, software, support, maintenance, and training of a new cloud-based contact centre solution. The contract value is inclusive of the initial contract term (5 years), two optional 1-year extensions, and VAT. The value is an estimate as charges are dependent on user licences and call volumes. The notice value is being updated to reflect a contingency amount that was included at award for use of these services. This figure was missed off the original notice in error. The value for this notice is therefore being increased by c.£82k
