Proposed Modular Build Nursery Extension, comprising the construction of a reinforced concrete slab to support a contractor designed modular classroom building, together with associated drainage and external works, and alteration works to the existing building. Also the removal of localised made contaminated ground, at The District CE Primary School, St Helens. The Works include the design and construction of the modular classroom building to the required dimensions
