REQUIREMENTS OF SOLUTION - High value tendering is undertaken by the Council's Procurement Team. Lower value quotations are undertaken by the Procurement Team or devolved to individual service areas. Contract management is the responsibility of staff in the service areas. We require an externally hosted electronic tendering and contract management solution which the Procurement Team and service areas can use to undertake tendering, that service areas can use for contract management, and that the Procurement Team can use to oversee the entire tendering and contract management performance and compliance. Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 09/11/2018. Quotations received after that time will be excluded. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Last date for receiving questions on In-Tend system 05/11/2018. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system. Contract Start Date: TBC Contract term 3 years + 1 year + 1 year
