Communal Cleaning Services (Midlands, East & South)

Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver communal cleaning services in the Midlands, East and South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):- - General Cleaning tasks; - Litter Picking and associated tasks; - Dusting, Washing and Wiping; - Sweeping, Vacuuming and Mopping; - Lift Cleaning (where applicable); and - Chute Cleaning (where applicable)

The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents.

The tender is split into ten (10) Lots as follows:- 1. East (North) 2. East (South) 3. Kent (North) 4. Kent (South) 5. East Sussex 6. West Sussex, Surrey & Brighton 7. Bexley 8. Midlands (North & East) 9. Midlands (Central & North) 10. Midlands (South & West)
