Specialist external consultancy support to develop and deliver the collaborative / place-based commissioning arrangements of specialised services in the four (4) Sustainability Transformation Plan (STP) example areas (Greater Manchester, South East London, Herefordshire & Worcestershire and Cornwall) and a handful of other sites the team are working closely with.
