Flexible Purchasing System for the Provision of Short Breaks for Children and Young People with Disabilities in Stockport, Trafford, Tameside and Rochdale (Round 5)

This Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) has been established for the provision of personal care and support within a domiciliary environment and in the community, either on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting, with the aim to enable children to remain living with their families and prevent or delay the need to move to alternative forms of care, should their assessed care needs change. The services commissioned from the FPS should place the child at the centre of the service, giving them the flexibility, choice and control that they choose.
