Description

The Livestock Information Programme is considered to be a ministerial priority with strong HMT support. The Programme will deliver a single, multi-species service into operation, which will be designed with the needs of both Transactional Users (farmers, markets, abattoirs) and Data Users (enforcers, epidemiologists and those tracing disease outbreaks, policy developers, industry) in mind. Livestock Information Limited required a managed professional service to deliver the following capability: Scalable 'core' functions: responsible for programme and project management, establishing, managing and governing the programme on a daily basis' 'Programme delivery' functions: to lead, architect and deliver key programme activities"
