## Description

The successful Contractor will be required to provide Cleaning Services to the Council as detailed in the tender documents\. In satisfying this requirement they shall operate a fully managed Cleaning service, which will meet the requirements identified in the Specification Additional information: Thurrock Council uses Oracle Cloud e-Sourcing for tendering\.
