## Description

Leicester City Council \(LCC\) invites tenders for works comprising of refurbishing the existing boys and girls toilets and improving the fixtures & fittings at the Carisbrooke Specialist Learning Centre, Carisbrooke Gardens, Leicester\. This will be conducted as a mini competition under Lot 1 - Project value £0-£500k of the LCC PAN2916 Construction Framework\. The works will be split into two phases\. Phase 1 is expected to commence on 14th April 2025 and to be completed by 25th April 2025\. Phase 2 is expected to commence on 14th July 2025 and to be completed by 13th August 2025\. Please note, the authority are no longer seeking tenders for this contract\.
