## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract to provide specialist strategic and engineering advice on the use and operation of the Highways England Pavement Management System \(HAPMS\)\. This Work Package will help Highways England to operate and enhance HAPMS in a way that best meets the needs of the users while meeting the strategic objectives of the organisation\.
