## Description

The Authority requires a Provider to work with its Estates and Valuation team to deliver professional property services to facilitate the disposal of properties as well as to provide on request an ad-hoc basis general property advise, which may include acting on behalf of the Authority in rent reviews and lease renewals, property valuation including RICS Red Book Valuations, and strategic and CPO Acquisitions\.
