Provision of Replacement Boilers at Athersley and Barugh Green Schools

The Council is looking to commission a Contractor to undertake works required to replace the boilers at Athersley North and Barugh Green Primary schools as follows; Athersley North Primary School The works generally include for the removal of the existing four no. cast iron atmospheric boilers and their replacement with four no. new boilers. The works shall include the removal and replacement of redundant services including all existing flues and the existing fusible link type Gas shut-off valve. Barugh Green Primary School The works generally include for the removal of the existing three no. cast iron atmospheric boilers and their replacement with three no. new boilers. The works shall include the removal and replacement of redundant services including all existing flues and the existing fusible link type gas shut-off valve. Proposed Contract start date 2nd August 2021, proposed completion date 3rd September 2021.
