## Description

Bristol City Council \(BCC\) is the unitary authority for Bristol, England whose executive function is controlled by a directly appointed mayor of Bristol\. BCC owns and manages 28,000 homes\. The Mayor has set out a commitment of building 2,000 new homes\. As a part of this commitment the Housing Revenue Account's \(HRA\) development programme target involves the delivery of approximately 120 council homes a year over the next 10 years through a number of delivery phases\. This project is enabling works to prepare the site for future development by Bristol City Council for housing \(subject to the usual permissions\)\.
