The Provision of Legal Support For the Commercial Plot Disposal At Innovation Park Medway

Innovation Park Medway (IPM) is a significant redevelopment opportunity and has long been on the regeneration agenda. The site is majority owned by Medway Council and is currently leased in part to BAE Systems. The site sits within both Medway Council's and Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council's Local Authority boundaries. There is a requirement for legal support to assist in the plot disposal of the IPM.
