WO0297 - Melksham Campus Main Build Project

The Design & Build of a new Community Campus at Melksham. The Community Campus will incorporate:

• New Leisure Centre with Sports Hall, fitness suite, Studio, Swimming Pool, changing rooms, community room, meeting rooms, Reception, Café Area, Library, Parish Council Offices and ancillary staff areas

• Site Works including formation of parking areas and access roads, soft landscaping, pedestrian paved areas and paths, fencing, drainage swale, mound, tree works, relocation of stone entrance piers and repairs to boundaries

• Incoming Services including new substation and new incoming BT lines

• Formation of new MUGA including associated fencing and lighting

• Reinstatement works to existing pond

• Minor demolition works and removal of trees
