BTA deems it in its best interest as well as that of its employees to fund the prospective retirement benefits under its Pension Plan by means of a Deposit Administration Contract with Pooled Separate Account Funding issued by the Mutual Life Insurance Company Of New York to be effective January 1, 1974\.
