## Description

The Authority want to appoint a Main Contractor to deliver the repair work and act as Principle Contractor \(or provide this service within their fee\)\. Following a start up meeting in December 2024 the project will commence in January 2025 and be completed by June 2025\. This tender package is for phase 2 only and includes masonry and rainwater goods repair/replacement to the west elevation of Wollaton Hall, making good areas from phase 1 repair works \[re-pointing and decorating the Tudor Kitchens\], improve drainage on the North Terrace, enabling access for restoration to the Thornhill fresco on the South Stairwell ceiling\. The programme of repairs covers a twenty-week period commencing on 20th January 2025 with practical completion on 6th June 2025\.
