GB-London: WATMOS Community Homes CCTV Monitoring Service

Description

The scope of the Contract is the provision of a remote CCTV Monitoring Service on WATMOS' Ethelred Estate in Lambeth, South London. This includes: •Remote monitoring of 115 existing cameras via Alarm Response Centre •Video analytics and alerts (equipment already in place) •Regular mobile patrols •Reactive mobile patrols •Maintenance of the monitoring system •Maintenance of the cameras •Retrieval of video footage on request Full details of the Services to be provided under the Contract are contained in the Specification set out at Appendix 1 of the ITT. The Successful Bidder shall be required to comply with the Specification in providing the Services. WATMOS intends to appoint a single Contractor for the entire scope of Services. The Contract with the Successful Bidder shall last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at WATMOS' sole discretion for up to 3 further years, giving a total potential period of 6 years. The estimated Contract commencement date is June 2024 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This procurement is being managed on behalf of WATMOS Community Homes by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited. The closing date for tender submissions is 12.00 on 25/03/2024. Tenders must be submitted via the WATMOS Delta e-tendering portal.
