## Description

The existing built up felt flat roof covering to Birchfields School Block A, as indicated on attached drawing, has a number of leaks in it and so these works are to overcover the existing felt flat roof covering \(there are other areas of flat roof with single ply membrane coverings, which aren't part of this scheme\) with a new renovating felt covering\.
