North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide External Legal Advice for Procurement of Treatment & Disposal of Residual Waste and Household Waste Recycling Centres, in line with the requirements of its detailed specification. The procurement for this requirement will be undertaken using a compliant procurement framework. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate, in line with the associated framework agreement buyer guidance. Additional information: This procurement will be managed and awarded using the mini competition option of the EM LawShare framework agreement for EM LawShare Contract 2022-226.
