Suite of Care Act \(2014\) training, including: \* An Introduction to The Care Act \(2014\) - up to 4 x 1-day sessions per year \(minimum 6 hours face to face delivery\) \* The Care Act \(2014\) for Managers - up to 4 x ½ day sessions per year \(minimum 3 hours virtual delivery\) \* Advanced Care Act \(2014\) - up to 4 x ½ day sessions per year \(minimum 3 hours virtual delivery\) \* The Care Act \(2014\) Refresher - up to 4 x ½ day sessions per year \(minimum 3 hours virtual delivery\) The above volumes are estimated based on current need and may be subject to variation over the period of the contract\.
