North Yorkshire County Council Employee Assistance Programme

The Council have conducted a further competition through YPO Framework 899: Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme Lot 2 for an Employee Assistance Programme. An Employee Assistance Programme will provide confidential support services on demand and 'in the moment' support, free of charge to the employees of all service users.

The Employee Assistance Programme will emphasise employee work performance as core to the service and be proactive in helping individuals with their issues, before they might develop into more complex situations, or mental health problems.
