Adult and Children's Wheelchair Services across Harrow and Hillingdon

Description

Provision of a community based Adult and Children's Wheelchair service for patients within London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Harrow localities. This service supports the provision of a range of wheelchair equipment to maintain the independence of Children and Adults. Additional information: NHS Hillingdon CCG and NHS Harrow CCG have a single provider of Adult and Children's Wheelchair Services. Both CCGs commissioned OpCare in 2017 on an initial three year contract which expires 31st October 2020. The service provider continues to deliver high quality, value for money services and in the assessment of the CCGs is best placed to ensure continuity of these essential NHS services whilst continuing to further develop efficiencies and improvements for patients. Opcare is being awarded a contract as a call-off from Lot 3 of the Community Equipment Products and Services Framework - reference SBS/15/RC/GWB/8730
