## Description

Periodic electrical testing to DAMHA housing stock of approximately 1800 dwellings\. Electrical testing is to be done on the basis of a five year cycle with 20% of stock being tested annually\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
