Servicing of Smoke Control Systems V2

Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd are looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out the servicing of fire dampers, actuators, atrium and automatic fire vents including call outs & repairs in the public buildings within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent that are maintained by Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

The contract period will be an initial 3 years commencing in September 2023 with an option to extend for a further 1 year, if both parties agree.

This opportunity will be awarded following an most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) evaluation and the split is 50% price, 45% technical and 5% corporate social responsibility.
